STUDIO DETAILS, POLICIES, AND GUIDELINES
GROUP CLASSES - Participants must be approved by Mi Pilates to join our group classes. To do this participants may either take a private session in our studio, have previous pilates experience, or attend one of our curiosity classes to get started with us. LOCATION & PARKING - PALATINE LOCATION UNTIL OCT 29 - Street parking is available on all directions surrounding the studio. In particular, parking is on Brockway and on Slade. After 4 pm and on weekends and holidays, parking is available in the BMO Harris Bank lot (immediately diagonal from the studio).

Entrance is glass door on Brockway, across from Pizza Bella. On the keypad by the door dial 201 and you will be buzzed in. Studio is up the stairs and down the hall to the left.
LOCATION & PARKING - BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1 - 300 E. Northwest Hwy, Suite 201, Arlington Heights, Il 60004
The building is located on the corner of Northwest Hwy and Pine Ave, just one block Southeast of Arlington Heights Road.
The building has its own parking lot and there is street parking along Pine Ave, as well as Wing Street.
The entrance is a door on the side of the building, parallel to Pine Ave. (There is no buzzer, simply enter.)
Enter through this door and down the hallway, up the stairs and down the hall to your left once upstairs.
There is a reception area in our studio, a changing area, and a coffee/tea bar.
GRIP SOCKS - Everyone is required to wear grip socks in our studio. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.
AGES - Classes are designed for participants 14 years of age and older. However, we can accommodate younger students as requested. Pilates can be very advantageous for young athletes and we are happy to design classes to meet those needs. Please contact us directly.
SCHEDULE - Classes starts on time and last between 50 and 55 minutes. Please allow time to park, enter building, and get your grip socks on.
Our schedule is listed one month at a time to allow all clients an opportunity to book a class.
If you do not see a group class time that you would like, let us know. We regularly adjust the schedule and class times to meet clients’ needs.
Classes with only 1 spot booked are subject to cancellation and/or consolidation. Clients are contacted if this case applies. If a class is canceled, clients are credited and are able to re-book.
SALES - All sales are final. All packages purchased are non-refundable. Unused sessions are non-refundable and not transferable. Packages are activated at the time of first use. All packages expire 60 days after activation. All sessions must be booked within 60 days of first use of a package.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS - Cancellations must happen 24 hours or more before class start time. If you cancel within the allowed window, your account will receive a credit to rebook. If you do not show up to a class you booked, you are not refunded. This applies to small group equipment classes, privates, duets, and trios.
EXCESSIVE NO-SHOWS - Our goal is to encourage clients on their wellness journeys, but no-shows prevent us from serving our clients. If you no-show to three group classes and/or private sessions, we will place your account on hold. We will gladly assist you with any further bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS - Late arrivals are disruptive, and an incomplete warmup creates an unsafe situation. If you arrive at least 5 minutes late to a group class, you may not participate and will not be refunded. If you arrive at least 5 minutes late to a private booking, your private booking is canceled. You will not be able to reschedule without paying for another session
BOOKING - You may book a class up until 2 hours before the start time but cannot cancel if within the 24 hour cancellation window. Bookings with less than 12 hours notice, please message us via text at T: 224-344-1799. If the class says “Not Available” it is because it is no longer within the booking window. There may be an open spot, message us and we will add you if possible.
WAIT LIST - Your class credits are only used if you get into the class you are waitlisted for. If you get into the class with less than 24 hours notice and can no longer attend the class, please notify us as soon as possible and we will cancel your reservation and you will not be charged for the class.
